In addition to the intuitive outward facing water flows, the AXION eye face wash has numerous other beneficial features.
These features include:
- Predictable, controlled stream height and a smooth laminar flow to supply comfortable water pressure. Thereby providing enhanced victim comfort for the full ANSI required 15 minute flush period.
- An integral flow control was designed to match flow and velocity needs as listed by ANSI
- An in-line strainer collects debris to help reduce injury aggravation
- The unit is equipped with a stainless steel ball and valve for long lasting durability
- The eye face wash is ANSI Z535.1 compliant, with its green ABS plastic head and bowl (plastic model only)
- And is ANSI Z358.1 compliant for velocity, stream height and gallons per minute.
The advanced technology behind the eye face wash was also considered by the Haws engineering team when designing emergency response drench showers.
The AXION MSR shower head has a hydro dynamic design that minimizes the strong physical pressure by releasing smaller, discreet droplets
In addition, the Haws team improved the conventional shower head design by spinning the water inlet making the distribution even across the entire footprint of the flow.
The inventive advancements allow for consistent comfortable water pressure flow, thus encouraging a victim to stay in the shower longer to adhere to the ANSI required 15 minute flush period. Additionally, this original Axion MSR showerhead design includes features that further increase victim comfort.
A built-in integral flow control provides a uniform flush and minimizes for even water distribution across the showers footprint.
The showerhead also provides ANSI 358.1 compliance for water velocity, and gallons per minute as well as ANSI Z 353.1 compliant green ABS plastic head
All hot shower units are pre-built and sample tested prior to shipment for added reliability upon installation.
