The Dräger X-plore® 1720 is a particle filtering face piece series which makes breathing easy and comfortable. The CoolSAFE filter material combines low breathing resistance and high filter performance in one mask. The optional CoolMAX valve efficiently releases humid and warm exhaled air to the outside in order to keep you cool under the mask.The X-plore is part of the portfolio range which offers masks for all three EN protection classes FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 in accordance with EN 149:2001+A1:2009. For fast recognition the masks feature a colour code: dark blue for FFP1, light blue for FFP2 or white for FFP3. If protection against unpleasant odours is necessary, we offer odour-stopping versions utilizing an additional activated carbon layer inside. This continuous loop head harness is constructed from a stable, elastic textile strap which is easy to don and doff while sitting comfortably and pressure-free. The soft, tear-proof elastic easily stretches to fit various head sizes and prevents hair entanglement. The special X-plore 1700+ versions are additionally equipped with EasyStop to adjust the length of the harness. Alongside the material’s filter performance, a secure seal without leakage is decisive in how effective the mask’s protection really is. Dräger X-plore 1700’s ergonomic form and soft material fit well to the face. The integrated nose pad and nose clip can be adjusted and effectively hold the mask in place in the critical areas around the nose. Furthermore, the inside fleece is hypo-allergenic and repels moisture thanks to its hydrophobic properties. This keeps breathing resistance low and comfort high, especially when used for longer periods of time.
